Beatriz C. Afonso

Beatriz C. Afonso is conducting a Ph.D. in Biology and Ecology of Global Changes (BEAG) by the University of Aveiro starting in 2022 within the Conservation Ecology & Society subgroup of CE3C. She is conducting the project "Trophic rewilding: unravelling the effects on mesocarnivores' assemblage", under the supervision of Dr. João Carvalho (CESAM), Prof. Dr. Miguel Rosalino (CE3C) and Dr. Jella Wauters (IZW). She is also part of the project "ForCe - Forest Certification as a tool to preserve mammal biodiversity in exotic forestry plantations”.
