João Albuquerque is conducting an MSc in Conservation Biology at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon. In his master thesis, João will study the diet and feeding ecology of four species from two understudied families in West Africa: Hirundinidae - Hirundo lucida and Hirundo smithii - and Apodidae - Apus affinis and Apus caffer. The study will be performed under the supervision of Ana Rainho (CE3C, FCUL) and Jorge Palmeirim (CE3C, FCUL), under the "Eco Pest Suppression" Project
