Julia Sepel Loreto

Julia Loreto is pursuing a Ph.D. in Biochemistry in the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Bioquímica Toxicológica at the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria, starting in 2021. She is currently engaged in a sandwich PhD under the supervision of Dr. Alisson Gontijo, Principal Investigator of the IB group in CE3C. Julia's Ph.D. project aims to investigate the effects of a carbohydrate-rich diet on physiology and behavior.
