I graduated in Biology at the University of Lisbon and received my Master's Degree in Evolutionary and Developmental Biology at the same university. During my MSc thesis, I studied the impact of phenotypic and genetic variation for competitive ability on long-term interactions between spider mite species.
Nowadays, I am working as a lab technician in the Adaptation to Complex Environments (ACE) research group, responsible for performing experiments within the project DYNAMICTRIO: “Feedback between population dynamics and evolution of interactions in a tri-trophic system”.
