I am conducting a Ph.D. in Biodiversity, Genetics and Evolution (BIODIV doctoral program) by the University of Lisbon, starting in 2018, within the Conservation Ecology research group CE3C. My main research interests are Ecology and Conservation of Reptiles and Amphibians an I am currently studying the nesting and foraging populations of sea turtles in Guinea-Bissau. I work in collaboration with the project “Consolidation of sea turtle conservation in Guinea-Bissau” and under the tuition of Prof. Rui Rebelo (CE3C) and Dra. Rita Patrício (MARE – Marine and Environmental Sciences Centre, ISPA / University of Exeter).
