Beatriz Ladeira de Faria

Beatriz Faria is conducting a Master's thesis in Modelling forest management measures regarding post-fire runoff and soil erosion and testing their effectiveness in preventing the contamination of the streamflow, by the University of Lisbon, starting in 2021 within the Project FRISCO. He/She is conducting this work under the supervision of João Pedro Nunes and Luís Dias. The project aims are: evaluating sustainable forest management measures in the restoration of some forest ecosystem services affected by forest fires.
