Sara Filipa da Silva Lucas Sousa Vicente

I received a Ph.D. in Biology and Ecology of Global Changes and Biological Sciences from the University of Lisbon in cotutelle with Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia) in 2023 and I am currently working in the ESFE - Environmental Stress & Functional Ecology group of CE3C. I am also a Laboratory Technician at ERISA - Escola Superior de Saúde Ribeiro Sanches of Instituto Politécnico da Lusofonia (IPLUSO). My research focuses on the molecular ecology of invasive wattles. For many years I have been involved in the study of population genetics, phylogeography, and ecophysiological responses of Acacia longifolia.
