I received a Ph.D. in ecology from the Pablo de Olavide University in 2014 and I am currently working in the University of Seville. I am a professor of Ecology II and Global Change at the University of Seville. My research focuses on soil processes and forestry affected by different drivers of global change. Prior to my current possition, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Sassari (Italy) and the University of Lisbon (Portugal).
For many years I have been involved in soil ecophysiology research and participating in the Nitromed and Treedivnet Networks.
