Daniela Deodato

Daniela Deodato is a master's student in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology within the project "EDGES - Temperature and nutrient interactions in aquatic ectotherms: individuals, populations and communities at latitudinal edges" performing metagenomic analysis on the populations of Rana temporaria and Radix balthica under the supervision of Francisco Pina Martins, Bruno Carreira and Rui Rebelo.
