Susana G. Martins

I received a MSc. in Molecular Genetics and Biomedicine from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2019. Currently, I am a PhD student in two groups of CE3C, Extracellular Matrix in Development and Disease (EMDD) and Molecular Mechanisms of Disease (MMD), where I am studying the molecular mechanisms associated with LAMA2-congenital muscular dystrophy (LAMA2-MD), a disease caused by mutations in the Lama2 gene.
